You have to respect Lami’s artistic decision, because it is obvious that she refuses to conform to the sonic norm that we have come to expect from most artists in the Naija music industry. My understanding from listening to her previous single and this new one is that she is creating music for a mature crowd and above all creating the type of music that she loves.
This track, Romantic Boy definitely has that catchy feel and should make you move. Possibly even may remain on repeat the whole day.
