As we approach the end of 2016, it’s pretty much the time when we start looking back on the year we’ve just witnessed and assess the positives and negatives. Typically, you get to see all the major highlights, big songs and what have you. But not often do the unknowns get any real attention. That’s changing now. Here on NJO, we’re taking the opportunity to kickstart a series called “10 Naija Music Videos That Should Be On Heavy Rotation“.
In this category, we’ll feature videos from up & coming acts whose talents are quite evident, and have put out lovely videos but aren’t getting the airplay they deserve. Don’t expect to see the likes of Olamide, Wizkid, Davido, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage etc in this section. Also, if your video has clocked 500,000+ views on YouTube at the time of posting this, you don’t need to be in this section either. You don already blow. 
To kickstart this special feature, I’ve picked out 10 videos for songs I personally love. My picks range from dope kpangolo music to amazing ballads. It’s got it all.
