Tay is a 16 year old Producer/Vocalist/Instrumentalist who is debuting his single titled Seniorita featuring rapper TC.
Lovely and feel good track. I am quite impressed that at 16 he is able to compose, vocally deliver and produce a song of this caliber. I definitely look forward to hearing more from him.
